Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join Hammersmith & Fulham Council, working within the Family Support & Child Protection Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing complex Child in Need, Child Protection, and court cases.
* Undertaking statutory assessments and direct work with children and families.
* Leading on high-risk cases and contributing to decision-making processes.
* Supporting and mentoring Social Workers and Newly Qualified Social Workers.
* Attending and contributing to strategy meetings, core groups, and court proceedings.
* Maintaining high-quality case recordings and reports within statutory timescales.
Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working
Pay Rate:
* £39.04 p/h Umbrella
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker - Degree or equivalent
* Significant experience within Child Protection / Family Support teams
* Experience managing complex and court-based cases
* Social Work England registration
* Enhanced DBS
