Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
* Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
* Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
* Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
* Managing your candidate database.
* Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:

* B2B or B2C sales experience or a degree
* Ambition and a willingness to learn.
* Extra-curricular achievements or commercial experience shown through internships, part-time jobs or sporting achievements.
