Cover Supervisor Required from: 21st August 2026 Grade 8 pay point 15 - 18 Contract type: Permanent Paid at Grade 8 (points 15 - 18) £21,505 to £23,328 pa (actual salary) 32.50 hours per week term time, plus 5 days for training 8.30 am to 3.30 pm Monday to Friday The Winstanley School is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor, to be part of a team of Cover Supervisors. The successful candidate will be required to provide cover for absent teaching staff across a broad range of subjects. This role may suit a graduate and/or someone who is considering a future in teaching or working with children and young people. We are looking for candidates with a strong commitment to young people and their learning; someone who also likes and respects young people. The successful applicant will have an enthusiastic and optimistic approach, and be able to remain calm under pressure.
