Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker / Advanced Practitioner to join the Fostering Team at London Borough of Barnet. Senior Social Worker / Advanced Practitioner - Fostering Team £39.04 - £41.10 p/h Umbrella Duties and Responsibilities: * Managing complex fostering cases, including assessment, supervision, and ongoing support of foster carers. * Providing professional leadership, guidance, and supervision to social workers within the team. * Completing high-quality fostering assessments, reports, and care plans in line with statutory guidance and fostering regulations. * Supporting the recruitment, development, and retention of foster carers. * Working collaboratively with children's social care teams, partner agencies, and fostering panels. * Ensuring safeguarding standards and best practice are consistently applied. * Contributing to service development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
