Job Description
Accounts Receivable Clerk Responsibilities:
3. Generate and issue accurate invoices
4. Ensuring billing data is correct prior to issuing invoices
5. Monitor and reconcile billing discrepancies
6. Resolving issues with clients and queries raised
7. Maintaining client records
8. Ensuring billing information is correct
9. Processing credit notes and adjustments when required
10. Assisting in preparing reports
11. Support with cash collection process
12. Credit Control
13. Chasing payment
14. Negotiating payments
15. Support with month and year end
The Successful Applicant
Accounts Receivable Clerk:
16. Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Credit Control
17. Knowledge of accounting software
18. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
19. Strong numerical skills
20. Ability to manage workload effectively
21. Strong communication skills
22. Able to commute to our client's office in Newark
