As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and driving strategic initiatives. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure the seamless execution of projects that meet—and exceed—expectations.
Client Management: Project Oversight: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of medical communications projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with writers, editors, designers, and account teams to deliver exceptional results.
Strategic Input: Contribute to the development of client strategies and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Financial Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Leadership: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
We’re looking for someone who is not only experienced but also passionate about healthcare communications. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, including familiarity with medical and scientific content.
