Key Responsibilities

* Digital Innovation: Identify opportunities to transform our digital ecosystem, leveraging emerging technologies and trends.
* Platform & UX Excellence: Oversee the optimisation of websites, apps, and digital touchpoints to deliver a seamless user experience.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Champion a data-first culture, using insights to inform strategy and improve performance.
* Performance & ROI: Monitor KPIs and deliver measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and channel optimisation.
* Team Leadership: Lead and develop a talented digital team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
* Budget & Agency Management: Manage digital budgets and key agency relationships to ensure maximum value and impact.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a senior digital marketing leadership role with a track record of delivering successful digital strategies.
* Expertise across the full digital marketing mix including SEO, PPC, CRO, content, social, and CRM.
* Strong understanding of AI in digital marketing and its potential to enhance performance.
* Experience managing complex digital ecosystems, budgets, and third-party agencies.
* Highly data-literate, with deep knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, SEMRush, etc.).
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ideally, experience in travel, tourism, or B2C sectors
