Full Time Medical Administrator
We have 2 vacancies for a Medical Receptionist/Administrator. The posts will be for 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility is required as relief cover is necessary, and the ability to provide cover is essential.
We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and enthusiastic person to join our friendly practice team. The candidate must be discreet, ensuring strict confidentiality, work well under pressure, and possess good interpersonal skills. The ability to work as part of a team and use initiative is essential.
The successful candidate will contribute to providing the best possible care for patients by being helpful, efficient, and a conscientious team member.
Qualifications in English and IT experience are essential.
Key Duties:
1. Answering incoming telephone calls and booking appointments for patients.
2. Dealing with prescription requests and processing new patient registrations.
3. Assisting patients face-to-face at the reception desk.
4. Performing general administrative duties while maintaining patient confidentiality.
