Make UK is seeking skilled electrical professionals to join their team in providing essential training to the next generation of engineers. This role involves mentoring apprentices and delivering education in manufacturing and engineering subjects, including Pearson BTEC National Diplomas, EAL Vocational Awards, and City and Guilds qualifications, up to level 3.
Applicants from industry looking to transition into education are encouraged to apply; training will be provided. Responsibilities include developing schemes of work, lesson plans, assessments, delivering practical training, creating a motivational learning environment, and assessing learner progress.
Requirements include a relevant qualification such as a time-served apprenticeship, City and Guilds (part 3), or equivalent, with a Level 3 (or higher) teaching qualification preferred. Industrial experience and good communication skills are desirable.
