The role of the Loss Adjuster is responsible for all aspects of property claim investigation, consideration of policy coverage, validation process of appropriate settlement in an efficient and timely manner.
We have developed a Loss Adjuster programme through our training and development academy to create the next generation of Loss Adjusters.
What does the program look like?
The program will consist of two phases, the first phase will be up to 12 weeks of intense learning both classroom and on the job, supported by a dedicated trainer as well as a matched mentor who will buddy with you through your entire journey.

Following successful completion of phase 1 you will be placed in the field with your own cases to manage, supported and guided along the way by our GHG Academy Manager and your mentor and the rest of the team. Throughout this journey you will also be supported to complete your Chartered Institute of Loss Adjuster qualifications.
We expect you to be signed off to a Junior Loss Adjuster in 4 months. Your Salary will be increased as milestones are met during your first two years of employment. Your starting salary will be £28,000 plus company car or car allowance, at the end of the Academy your salary will be increased to £32,000, at your one year anniversary your salary will increase to £35,000 and at your two year anniversary your salary will increase to £40,000 per annum.
What we need from you:
Previous experience in insurance or claims handling.
Full / clean driving license.
Self-sufficient, confident, excellent communication skills, attention to detail
