The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology professionals delivering KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardized delivery model, focusing on professional client service. They leverage their functional knowledge (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement) and expertise in cloud applications (e.g., Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programs, support pre-sales, and develop enhancements. We are expanding our S&D - Powered Apps team to meet growing market demand and are seeking IT management consultants with relevant expertise.
What will you be doing?
1. Developing end-to-end solutions using industry best practices and understanding product options.
2. Leading delivery of workstreams, managing offshore teams in Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process changes.
3. Leading client meetings and facilitating workshops with larger groups.
4. Managing offshore teams to design, configure, and test modules or processes for successful deployment.
5. Building lasting client relationships and expanding your network and experience to meet client needs.
What will you need to do it?
1. Experience implementing at least one Oracle HCM cloud module.
2. Expertise in Core HCM module.
3. Background as a Functional Consultant advising on HR business process changes.
4. Experience leading client meetings and workshops.
5. Responsibility for end-to-end delivery, including leading offshore teams.
6. Consultancy experience with involvement in pre-sales and business development.
Skills and Extras:
* Experience with other Oracle HCM packages like Benefits, Workforce Modeling, or Work Life.
