My client was previously a Group Managing Director for a well-established £700+million T/O business and decided to set up on his own due to his extensive knowledge and experience in the construction marketplace. This Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage £15million D&B contract, so someone from either an industrial, distribution, commercial office, retail or mixed use sector will be considered. You will be able to build the future of this company alongside the Commercial Director, with future progression to a more senior role after a period of time.
