The Role:
As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion to create a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and achieve excellent results.

* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
* Has experience in shift planning and management, with a love for team coaching
* Has experience managing labor, rotas, and understands restaurant financials
