Prudent Health Services is recruiting Domiciliary Care Support Workers and Care Assistants to provide home care and community care support across Lancashire.
Prudent Health Services is part of the Time4U Group, a CQC registered care provider delivering supported living and community based services across England.
This is a community based domiciliary care role where you will travel between service users' homes, supporting adults to live safely and independently in their own homes.
If you have experience in domiciliary care, home care, community care, care assistant roles or support work, we would like to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care including washing, dressing and toileting
* Supporting with medication in line with care plans
* Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
* Supporting daily living skills and promoting independence
* Light household duties
* Supporting access to appointments and community activities
* Completing daily care notes and maintaining accurate records
* Following safeguarding, risk management and health and safety procedures
This Domiciliary Care Support Worker role involves travelling between clients' homes, so reliability and good time management are essential.
Requirements:
* Experience in domiciliary care, home care, community care or care assistant roles preferred
* Understanding of person centred care and safeguarding
* Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
* Right to work in the UK required
