Fertility Nurse

Are you an experienced fertility nurse or midwife looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a small IVF clinic based in Wales, is looking for a Fertility Nurse to join their team.
What You'll Do:
* Deliver exceptional, personalised care for patients across the full fertility treatment pathway.
* Use your expertise in treatment cycles, stimulation protocols, and medication management — including adjusting dosages where clinically appropriate.
* Work autonomously and confidently, making independent clinical decisions to support safe and effective treatment.
* Perform advanced clinical procedures including ultrasound follicular tracking, IV cannulation, and sedation support.
* Mentor and support junior staff, helping shape the next generation of fertility professionals.
What We're Looking For:
* Registered Nurse (NMC) with at least 3 years' post-registration experience.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in fertility or women's health, including endo, early pregnancy scans and diagnostic stands.
* Skilled in follicular tracking, IV cannulation, and patient-focused fertility care.
* Confident in autonomous practice, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* A calm, empathetic communicator who thrives in a multidisciplinary team.
