Project Specialist

Location: Molesey with parking - hybrid option after probation
Salary - £35k to £40k plus commission & fantastic benefits

Start Date: Asap

You must have experience within joinery or similar!

Our client, a leading specialist in high‑quality joinery solutions, is seeking a passionate, detail‑driven Project Specialist to join their dynamic and growing Division. If you excel in supplier management, technical project coordination, and delivering exceptional client experiences, this role offers an exciting career move.

You'll manage the end‑to‑end sales, technical specification, and order process for bespoke joinery projects - making you the crucial link between clients, suppliers, and production.

What you'll do…

Client Relationship & Sales Management

Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing incoming enquiries and prepare briefs.
Produce, follow up, and convert quotations into confirmed orders.
Identify and nurture new business opportunities within the sector.Technical Specification & Order Accuracy

Validate designs, dimensions, specifications, and fire‑rating requirements (FD30).
Confirm finishing details and finalise ironmongery and certification needs.Quotation & Supplier Management

Request, compare, and evaluate supplier quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.
Apply correct charges for tooling, samples, transport, and client‑provided components.Factory & Production Coordination

Act as the bridge between client and factory to ensure production drawings match confirmed specifications.
Work closely with Production and Quality teams to maintain weekly progress updates.Quality Control & Compliance

What they need from you…

Minimum 3 years' experience within joinery or a similar field.
Strong understanding of fire‑rated joinery and compliance
Confident interpreting technical drawings and site surveys.
Commercially aware with proven margin and cost management experience.
