What the Job Involves This position involves managing a caseload of 14 to 16 children, focusing on their welfare and development from the time they join the Children Looked After Team until they turn sixteen. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining personalized care plans, ensuring each child's needs are met, and supporting their foster families throughout the process.
