This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a variety of tasks across the Customer Hub, including supporting government schemes, managing work distribution, processing price changes, providing reporting updates, and system testing. You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders, allowing you to develop your technical and stakeholder management skills.
You will be key in delivering government schemes such as the Warm Home Discount and future initiatives like the Smart Export Tariff. Additionally, you'll handle regular processing tasks that ensure the Customer Hub operates smoothly and delivers a seamless customer experience.

About the team
The Customer Hub manages nearly all customer interactions and support processes, from sales and billing to assistance when issues arise. It is the frontline for customer engagement.
You will be part of the Operations Change Team within the Customer Hub, responsible for implementing changes and providing insights across the department, including government schemes and operational improvements.
About You
You should have excellent attention to detail, with knowledge of Salesforce, Junifer, Excel, and Customer Hub processes. You should be proactive in process improvement and capable of driving these initiatives with team support. Comfort in communicating with senior stakeholders about projects and updates is essential.
What you will do
* Support delivery of projects and government schemes, such as the Warm Home Discount.
* Perform data processing and business readiness tasks for price changes.
* Upload data regularly to ensure seamless customer service, compliance, and performance.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Support customer health initiatives through mail and data cleansing activities.
* Collaborate with the Operations Change Team on new processes.
* Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambitious plans.
* Deliver tasks on time and to specifications.
* Assist in testing new products and system updates like Junifer THOR upgrades and Salesforce updates.
* Build strong relationships across the Customer Hub and wider business.
Knowledge and skills
* Experience with mass processing tasks like file uploads, data loaders, and mail merges.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, Salesforce, and Junifer.
* Adaptability to change.
* Stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Experience with energy sector schemes is beneficial but not essential.
