Main Responsibilities:

* Recording electrical and mechanical faults from customers in detail, accurately capturing all relevant information.
* Creating work jobs on the system and updating the maintenance team in a timely manner.
Additional Tasks:
* Updating the customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
* Maintaining and recording work sheets on the system for efficient tracking and monitoring.
* Handling office correspondence, filing, faxing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks as required.
