About The Role About AOC AOC is one of the leading, and fastest growing, heritage companies in the UK. As our MK office grows, we are looking to recruit Senior POS and Junior PMS to help deliver our extensive portfolio. These staff will be responsible for the delivery of exciting projects from cradle to grave, including tendering, site delivery and publication. We are recruiting several Senior Project Officers and Junior Project Managers for Fieldwork based out of our MK office. Our recent projects have ranged from discovery of a Roman Town through geophysics, to excavation of an Iron Age fort ditch, to publication of a multi-period large infrastructure project. We are looking to appoint ambitious individuals who will help us deliver similar projects, our future vision and growth. Role This is an excellent opportunity to further your career in Fieldwork, both by running projects in and out of the field, delivering AOC’s wide range of projects from small evaluations to large infrastructure projects. It is vital that you are a good team member with a positive and enthusiastic approach to heritage. You will also need to be self-motivating and able to work independently and under your own initiative. You will also be central to training and enthusing those you project and line manager.
