Brook Street is seeking a Customer Service Administrator role in Harrow, HA3 to join our client's growing team. This role is permanent, full-time with a salary of £28,000 per annum.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, delivers excellent customer service, and ideally has a technical or repairs background.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails
* Book and schedule jobs for engineers
* Monitor engineer performance and follow up on tasks
* Raise purchase orders, invoices, and run reports
* Manage compliance, diaries, and CRM tasks
* Escalate issues and follow complaint process
* Participate in on-call rota (1 week in 7) and one Saturday in seven
Requirements
* Microsoft 365 proficiency (essential)
* 1 year+ customer service experience
* Confident, proactive, and customer-focused
* Experience in repairs planning, diary management, and customer communications
Working Hours
* Oct – Mar: Mon‑Fri 08:00‑18:00
* Apr – Sep: Mon‑Fri 08:00‑17:00
