Business Intelligence Lead – Consumer Growth Brand
Location: West Midlands (Hybrid, 2–3 days office-based)
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We’re supporting a high-growth consumer business in the appointment of a Business Intelligence Lead to establish and drive their BI function from the ground up. With significant investment and expansion plans, this is a newly created role offering both hands-on delivery and senior-level visibility.
The Opportunity
* Report directly into the CFO with regular board-level interaction
* Build dashboards and reporting tools end-to-end, ensuring governance and data quality
* Partner across multiple functions, gathering requirements and translating them into commercial insight
* Manage relationships with external BI providers while shaping the in-house BI capability
* Join at the start of the company’s BI journey, with scope to influence AI and digital initiatives
Who This Suits
* An experienced BI Developer / Analyst ready to step into a Lead role, or an established BI Manager looking for greenfield scope
* Someone confident with SQL and Snowflake, with Qlik (or similar BI tools)
* A commercially minded individual who can partner with senior stakeholders, not just deliver reports
* Someone ambitious, keen to grow into leading a BI function as the business scales
Experience Required
* Strong track record of BI dashboard development and data visualisation
* Advanced SQL skills and exposure to Snowflake (or comparable cloud data platforms)
* Ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable outputs
* Appetite to grow with the role as BI and AI initiatives expand
