As a Tutor: You'll be working with young people who may have additional needs such as: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges Trauma-related barriers Risk of Permanent Exclusion (PEX)Your role will be to provide tailored, 1:1 or small group support that helps learners re-engage with education and achieve their potential. About you: We welcome applications from individuals with at least 1 year of experience in UK schools in roles such as: Tutor Teacher Cover Supervisor Teaching Assistant ELSA 1:1 Support Worker Or other relevant educational rolesExperience working with learners with additional needs is essential.
