Head of PPC – Leeds (Hybrid, 2 days in office) Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of PPC to lead and shape the paid media strategy for high-profile clients with substantial budgets. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and optimising PPC campaigns, alongside paid social and display activity, to deliver outstanding results. You’ll act as the go-to expert, guiding both clients and internal teams, while ensuring the department stays at the forefront of innovation in a fast-changing industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a forward-thinking PPC roadmap Manage complex, high-budget campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and other platforms Mentor and train junior and mid-level team members Produce client-facing reports with actionable insights Contribute to new business pitches and forecasts Skills & Experience: Extensive PPC experience, ideally in an agency environment Proven track record managing large-scale, high-budget campaigns.
