Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)

This is a pivotal and varied leadership role where you'll combine hands-on operational management with strategic oversight, ensuring the logistics network is fit for scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing day-to-day operations across warehousing and transport.
Inspire, manage, and develop operational teams to deliver high performance, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met.
Driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, whilst ensuring compliance across the whole operation at all times.
Collaborate with wider teams to align operational strategy with business objectives and goals.
Lead the successful execution of various transformational projects to facilitate business growth.
Key Skills / Experience:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a fast-paced logistics operation.
Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
Successful track-record of leading continuous improvement projects.
Excellent people management and leadership skills.
