We have an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning team at GoodOaks Homecare in Milton Keynes. As a Care Professional, you will deliver quality visiting care to people in their own homes and help make a real difference in their lives.
We offer paid training, paid mileage, career progression through funded diplomas, and opportunities to move into our Team Leader structure, which we recruit from within. No prior experience is required and we provide paid training and detailed support when you join.

What you will do
* Provide companionship and engage in conversation with clients
* Assist with daily household tasks and activities
* Perform light housekeeping, including cleaning, dusting, laundry and ironing
* Assist with meal preparation and cooking
* Run errands such as grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions
* Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and grooming (if required)
* Monitor medication schedules and remind clients to take their medications (if required)
* Accompany clients to appointments or social outings (if required)
Who are you
* Caring individual with a good work ethic
* Excellent people and communication skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
* Professional, respectful manner and able to maintain client confidentiality
* Reliable and trustworthy with the ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
* Physical stamina to perform household tasks and assist with personal care
* Available to work between 7am–10pm and alternate weekends
* Valid UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
* You must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship or switching is not available
* Experience in health or social care is desirable but not essential; full training is provided

What we require
* Clear DBS check
* At least two references
* UK driving licence and use of your own car with business insurance
* Valid right to work in the UK; sponsorship or switching is not available
