Weekend Sales Negotiator
Hardisty and Co, one of the leading estate agencies in the area, are currently looking for a Weekend Sales Negotiator to be based in our flagship Horsforth branch. The ideal candidate will be self‑motivated and have a strong sales and customer‑services background. Experience in property sales is preferred. The ideal individual will possess the drive and ability to close a deal, have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, as well as meet sales targets.
This is a part‑time, permanent position located in Horsforth. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 11 hours, Saturday 9:00am – 4:00pm and Sunday 11:00am – 3:00pm. The role is paying £12.21 per hour plus a commission scheme.
Responsibilities
* Manage property offers, negotiate with vendors, and deliver transparent reports.
* Keep vendors informed, strategise action plans, and implement price adjustments as needed.
* Oversee property progress, handle negotiations, and ensure a smooth process to completion.
* Update listings and manage photography to maximise property visibility on Rightmove.
* Collect applicant feedback, identify business opportunities, and provide constructive advice to vendors, including potential price adjustments.
Qualifications
* A strong track record in working to and achieving targets.
* Mature and well‑developed interpersonal and customer service skills.
* The ability to build and maintain strong and honest relationships with existing and new clients.
* Deliver the highest level of customer service both face‑to‑face and on the phone and engage directly with clients in regular progress meetings to table and present weekly sales updates.
