4. Handle complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
5. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and procedures.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
7. Support HR initiatives and projects related to employee engagement and workplace culture.
8. Conduct investigations and prepare reports with recommendations for resolution.
9. Deliver training and coaching to managers on employee relations best practices.
10. Monitor and analyse employee relations trends to identify areas for improvement.
The Successful Applicant
A successful ER Specialist should have:
