About the Role:
You will supervise lessons across multiple subjects, ensure students remain focused and engaged, and support teachers in delivering effective learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise students during teacher absences
* Maintain classroom order and encourage positive behaviour
* Support learning activities and follow lesson plans
* Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and behaviour
* Uphold school policies and safeguarding procedures
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in schools or classrooms preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable, professional, and adaptable
* Ability to maintain engagement and positive classroom behaviour
