Company Description
Our Media is a leading special‑interest content business based in Bristol.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, and in‑person.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and applications.
* Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems to ensure seamless access to company resources.
* Assist with the setup and configuration of new workstations, software installations, and system upgrades.
* Manage the leavers process, including decommissioning laptops and managing account access.
* Perform basic system administration tasks such as password resets and software license management.
* Maintain and update IT documentation, including a knowledge base, FAQs, and standard operating procedures.
* Monitor stock levels of all IT equipment and peripherals.
* Provide support for core business software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Office 365, and FileMaker.
* Create and maintain user‑friendly documentation and guides for common IT tasks.
Qualifications
* Customer focused.
* Interest in technology.
* Good communication skills.
* Experience in an IT helpdesk environment (desirable).
