Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver design concepts across a range of sectors
* Collaborate with colleagues, consultants, and clients to produce exceptional architectural solutions
* Manage projects through RIBA stages, ensuring quality, compliance, and attention to detail
* Support junior members of the team and contribute to a culture of learning and design excellence
Skills & Experience
* ARB registration or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or healthcare design
* Strong technical and design skills, with excellent attention to detail
* Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard software
* Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
