You will assist in the pricing and contractual negotiating direct with clients or main contractors. You will be in a client facing capacity, therefore previous experience of this is desirable.

Based in Nottingham, Rilmac Scaffolding Company provides access scaffolding throughout the UK.
Providing a quality scaffolding estimating service is key to building the business and our continued success. To strengthen the team, we are seeking a committed and self‑motivated individual who can make a difference to the performance of the business. The post will be based at our Nottingham office and will cover the Midlands.
The Role
You will produce accurate and competitive quotations for a wide variety of scaffolding projects. Strong computer skills are essential. Experience within scaffolding is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare quotes
* Review drawings, specifications, and project details
* Communicate with clients, site teams, and office colleagues
* Assist with tender documentation and pricing schedules
* Maintain organised project records and documentation
* Attend site visits as required (a valid driving licence is essential)
What We’re Looking For
Must have experience of scaffold estimating or management you should be:
* Confident working autonomously, taking ownership of your workload
* Proactive, motivated, and committed to delivering high‑quality work
* Comfortable with computers and learning new software
* A strong communicator with good numeracy and attention to detail
* Someone who embraces innovation, suggesting new ideas and more efficient ways of working
* In possession of a full UK driving licence to attend site visits when required
Essential
* Knowledge of scaffolding systems and temporary works
* Previous experience in construction or estimating
