We’re looking for a technician, ideally with proven experience in a similar role, to join our electrical rewind business. As much technician, as artisan, you’ll be responsible for rewinding and repairing all types, makes and age of rotating electric device to the very highest of standards. With much of the work still performed by hand, a delicate touch, bags of patience and a keen eye for detail are required.
What you’ll do:
* Rewind and repair a range of rotating electrical devices to OE-specification
* Perform other tasks, as required, to meet wider business objectives
* Complete company paperwork, including job cards, production tracking and QHSE documentation, accurately and on time
* Produce work of a consistently high standard in line with production targets
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace
* Comply with industry standards and safety regulations
* Continually learn new techniques and stay up to date with industry trends

* Share knowledge and experience with teammates
What we’re looking for:
* Proven track record in a similar role
* Knowledge of diagnostic testing, servicing and rewinding of electrical components
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Good understanding of QHSE legislation
* Organisational skills with ability to multi-task and meet targets
* Experience working as part of a team
* Good working attitude
* Attention to detail
* Willingness to support other tasks, as required
