What You’ll Be Doing
This is a key front-of-house role where you’ll be right at the heart of the customer journey:
* Welcoming customers and creating a professional, positive first impression
* Managing vehicle bookings for service, maintenance, and repair
* Working closely with the workshop to ensure smooth, efficient scheduling
* Keeping customers informed every step of the way — building trust and confidence
* Identifying additional work and gaining authorisation in a professional manner
* Delivering a seamless handover experience that leaves customers wanting to return
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who stands out — someone who brings energy to the team and takes ownership of their role:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
* A natural communicator who builds rapport with ease
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Professional, well-presented, and motivated to succeed
* Experience using dealer systems such as Pinnacle/Pinewood is advantageous
