12 Month Contract | Daily Rate: £250 - £300 PAYE

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
- Collaborate with recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.
- Drive sales initiatives and meet or exceed targets through proactive approach.
Qualifications
- Proven field sales and/or account management experience.
- Living commutable to the West Midlands.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and influence a large customer base.
- Ability to make informed business decisions and consistently achieve results by delivering value.
- Prior healthcare experience preferred; experience in tender processes and matrix management desirable.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the recruitment industry or related field.
- Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
- Goal‑oriented and excited about exceeding sales targets.
