We are building a financial operating system for the self-employed, combining AI voice-to-invoice, automated expense capture and tax support into one simple platform.
We are entering a growth phase and scaling our affiliate and strategic partnerships channel nationally.
The Role
We are hiring a commercially driven Business Development Manager to build and scale Ovaro's affiliate and partnerships engine. This is a revenue-generating role with meaningful upside.
You will be responsible for:
* Recruiting and onboarding affiliate partners (creators, influencers, banks, company formation firms etc)
* Building relationships with accountant firms and freelancer communities
* Managing performance within our affiliate platform (Impact)
* Negotiating commission structures and performance tiers
* Monitoring CAC, LTV and retention by partner source
* Scaling high-performing affiliates into long-term revenue partners
* Designing outbound outreach campaigns to creators and communities
This role has direct impact on company revenue.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* 1–3 years' experience in business development, partnerships or affiliate marketing.
* Demonstrable ability to generate revenue through partnerships.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Commercial mindset with understanding of performance-based growth.
Desirable:
* SaaS experience
* Experience using affiliate platforms (e.g. Impact, Awin, PartnerStack or similar)
* Experience working with influencers or creators
* Understanding of subscription revenue models
* Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
Compensation
Base Salary: £32,000
Commission: Uncapped and structured around recurring revenue.
Because Ovaro operates on a subscription model, affiliate revenue compounds month-on-month. A strong performer who builds a high-quality partner base can generate significant recurring commission income over time.
