This role focuses on driving new business growth within the fashion e-commerce space. You will identify and onboard new brands, guide them through platform setup, and support their early-stage growth and revenue performance. The position operates in a fast-paced commercial environment, with clear targets around acquisition, activation, and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
* Identify and engage new fashion brands through research, outreach, and networking
* Pitch platform value propositions and tailor solutions to brand needs
* Guide new partners through onboarding and initial setup
* Support brands in defining their go-to-market and growth strategy
* Drive partner activation and early revenue performance over the first 3–6 months
* Own monthly targets across new partner acquisition, product onboarding, and sales growth
* Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and product positioning
Required Experience & Skills
* Experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships
* Exposure to e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital platforms
* Proven ability to manage sales cycles and handle objections
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working to targets in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
* Language requirement: English
