In this role you will support the delivery of high-quality, secure, and performant solutions across FGH’s technology landscape. This includes customer-facing platforms such as eCommerce webshops, as well as internal systems and third-party integrations.
We are looking for a QA professional with solid hands-on experience in manual testing, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to quality. You will contribute to Agile delivery by executing test plans, identifying defects, and ensuring robust outcomes.
The Role Involves
* Executing manual tests, reporting defects and providing clear and timely test execution updates to delivery teams and QA leadership
* Ensuring adherence to and compliance with industry best practice test frameworks, methodologies and tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

About The Role
* Execute manual testing across functional, regression, integration, and exploratory domains for web, mobile, and enterprise platforms
* Collaborate with developers, UX designers, product owners, and fellow QA engineers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
* Create and maintain test cases and documentation using test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestMo)
* Identify, log, and track defects using issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira), and support retesting and verification of fixes
* Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation
* Support compliance testing aligned with UK-GDPR, PCI-DSS, and other relevant regulations
About You
* Able to commute to Bradford City Centre
* 2-4 years of experience in software testing across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms
* Strong understanding of manual testing techniques, test planning, and defect management
* Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, HTTP) and basic API testing
* Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestMo)
* Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within Agile teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and focused on business value
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively
