About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise classes during teacher absence across Key Stages 3 and 4. Deliver pre-set lessons and ensure students remain on task. Manage behaviour in line with school policies. Maintain a positive and focused learning environment. Provide basic support and report back to teaching staff. Fulfil professional and safeguarding responsibilities. About You We are looking for a Cover Supervisor who: Has experience working with young people. Is confident managing classroom behaviour. Has strong communication and organisational skills. Is adaptable and reliable. Is committed to safeguarding and student welfare. Holds, or is willing to apply for, an enhanced DBS check.
