Fraser Dove International is a Life Sciences Talent Consultancy focused on executive search within the life sciences industry. We connect professionals with roles that advance the development, manufacturing, and distribution of life-saving products, drugs, and treatments.
Responsibilities
* Host discovery calls with clients to understand candidate requirements.
* Retain current clients while onboarding new ones and manage multiple search assignments for various clients.
* Nurture relationships with candidates and clients, working alongside Associate Consultants to shortlist candidates.
* Build and maintain a network of influential stakeholders and engage with business prospects.
* Create and manage client communities by identifying and developing stakeholders within clients and converting companies into active clients.
* Develop and manage networks across multiple skill domains within a practice area, impart market intelligence, and devise strategies for live searches.
* Lead negotiations and sell strategic solutions to multiple stakeholders, including complex offer negotiations.
* Act as an FDI brand ambassador by leading external meetings with candidates and clients and promoting FDI at corporate events.
* Target revenue generation between £150k and £200k.
Qualifications, Skills & Behaviours
* Experience in project briefing, management, and delivery.
* Proven expertise in account and client relationship management with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
* Ability to lead complex offer negotiations with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong work ethic and determination to succeed.
