If you’re a pro at managing multi-channel ad campaigns and love diving into performance data to optimise results, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do: Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Manage budgets efficiently to maximise ROI and meet performance targets. Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to refine campaigns. Write compelling ad copy and work with the design team to create effective visuals. Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. Prepare detailed reports on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS, and present insights to the team. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media. What We’re Looking For: 3 years of experience in paid media management—agency or in-house. Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns across multiple platforms. Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Meta Ads Manager. Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail. Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus. A proactive mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
