Community Care Resources is recruiting Social Care Workers (Entry/Main) to provide person‑centred services through Day Care, Care at Home and Residential Services. The role supports adults with identified care needs across diverse settings in the Shetland Islands.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to individuals in various settings.
* Ensure high standards of care and support to maximise independence and dignity.
* Help people with varying abilities and complex needs achieve goals and personal outcomes.
* Work as part of a team to deliver quality care, including personal care, daily living skills, training, social activities and other meaningful activities in line with individual needs and wishes.

Travel & Working Conditions
Work may require travel across the Shetland Islands; a full driving licence is highly desirable and may be essential. You must be able to travel at short notice, especially where public transport is limited.
