Lift Engineer
Lift Service, Lift Repair, Lift Industry.
Soho, Central London
Basic Salary: £46,000 – £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
OTE: Up to £65,000+ per annum (including callout and overtime)

Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lift Service Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) to join a highly respected and forward-thinking lift company operating across Central London.
This role focuses on the servicing, maintenance, and minor repair of passenger lifts across a well-organised and local route, ensuring minimal travel and maximum earning potential.
Commutable from: Soho, Paddington, Marylebone, Westminster, Kensington, Camden Town, Angel, Islington, Whitechapel, London
Key Responsibilities of a Lift Engineer:

Carry out routine lift servicing, maintenance, and minor repairs on a variety of passenger lift systems.

Diagnose faults quickly and provide first-time fixes wherever possible.
*
Log defects, manage parts orders, and keep accurate service records.
*
Participate in a fair and balanced call-out rota (including evenings and weekends).
*
Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements of a Lift Engineer:

Industry-recognised qualification – NVQ Level 3 or equivalent – Essential
*
Full, clean UK driving licence – Essential
*
Minimum 3 years’ experience in lift service or repair – Essential
*
Strong technical knowledge of various lift manufacturers and systems.
*
Confident in managing a service route of around 50–60 units across a local patch.
*
Currently living a commutable distance from Central London or the surrounding areas
