RM Recruit is delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and forward-thinking business based in Stratford-upon-Avon, who are seeking a dedicated Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis. This position offers between 16–20 hours per week, with flexibility to work across 3–4 days on-site. * Processing supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and correct coding to cost centres * Matching invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes * Preparing and processing payment runs in line with company policies and deadlines * Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies * Responding to supplier queries promptly and professionally * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date purchase ledger records * Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks Person Specification * Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role * Experience with Sage 50 * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * A proactive and flexible approach, with a willingness to learn If you are actively seeking a fresh new challenge, we encourage you to apply
