LET’S CUT STRAIGHT TO IT
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for improving contract performance? We’re looking for a proactive Contract Support Officer to join our team and support the management of a small portfolio of non-strategic property contracts.
Some of the other key accountabilities:
1. Provide day-to-day support to suppliers and internal stakeholders
2. Assist in tender preparation and supplier relationship management
3. Support contract auditing, reporting, and performance tracking
4. Manage PP processes including ordering, receipting, and budget tracking
5. Maintain dashboards and contribute to service improvement initiatives
This is a month FTC maternity cover role and you'll be based at our Head Office in Coventry. You’ll work within our Property Team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us hours a week
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
6. Experience in supplier management and interpreting contract terms
7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
8. Proficiency in SAP (ECC, SRM), Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
9. Ability to work independently across multiple locations
10. A flexible, solutions-focused mindset
