Our client is a national IFA firm who are focused on making high‑quality financial planning accessible and intuitive. As they expand, both organically and through strategic acquisitions, they are looking for someone who is passionate about developing others, improving processes, and driving high-quality performance across a growing financial planning community.
In this role, you’ll support financial planners and internal teams through targeted coaching, skills development, operational insights, and structured performance initiatives, all aimed at raising standards and strengthening client experiences.
This is a hands‑on, people‑focused position suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and enjoys shaping how teams learn, collaborate, and perform.
Role & Responsibilities: 📋
* Create and deliver engaging learning sessions; virtual, in-person, and self‑directed, to enhance the skills of financial planners and support teams.
* Introduce new tools, processes, and approaches that boost adviser effectiveness and client engagement.
* Hold regular one‑to‑one sessions with advisers, offering structured feedback on behaviours, knowledge, communication, and overall service quality.
* Promote shared learning and consistent best practice across the organisation.
* Support and lead projects such as onboarding new teams, embedding new business acquisitions, or rolling out new processes and tools.
* Conduct structured reviews of adviser competency, regulatory understanding, and planning capability, including scenario testing and quality assessments.
Do you have the following to apply? ✅
* Must hold the Chartered Financial Planning qualification or be very close to achieving it.
* Experience working within financial advice, wealth management, or a related environment
