Core Responsibilities
* The successful candidate will work closely with a collaborative consulting team and may be involved in:
* Designing and implementing asset management frameworks and systems.
* Leading assessments to gather and analyse engineering data related to asset performance.
* Creating robust asset management plans, conducting root cause analyses, and modelling lifecycle performance.
* Delivering clear, data-driven insights and recommendations through reports, visuals, and presentations.
* Facilitating stakeholder workshops and supporting organisational change through target operating model development.
* Building long-term client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
The ideal individual will be experienced in asset management and engineering analysis, with the professional confidence to advise on high-impact capital decisions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to engage stakeholders and influence decision-making at senior levels.
Experience should include:
* Knowledge of physical asset maintenance, utilisation, and lifecycle management.
* Proficiency in data-driven analysis to support asset optimisation.
* Background in leading complex engineering projects.
* Experience developing proposals, managing project controls, and writing technical documentation.
* Understanding of reliability principles and maintenance optimisation strategies (e.g. RCM, FMEA, RCA).
* Familiarity with ISO 55000 or PAS55 standards.
* A commercially aware, client-focused approach to consulting.
* Demonstrated project management skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary initiatives.
Required Qualifications
* Degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) in a relevant STEM field
* Industrial or Defence experience preferred
