AtSoar Mill Cove Hotel, a 4-star, family-run coastal retreat in South Devon, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Sous Chef to support our Head Chef and lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional, locally inspired cuisine.

* Is currently working as a Sous Chef or has solid experience in the role at a 4-star level or higher

Your Key Responsibilities
* Support and lead the kitchen team, especially in the absence of the Head Chef
* Inspire and mentor junior chefs, leading by example at all times
* Ensure consistently high levels of customer care and food quality
* Oversee stock rotation and manage produce with care to minimise waste
* Monitor stock transfers and maintain accurate records
* Ensure all items are properly dated and labelled
* Uphold the highest standards of food safety and health & safety compliance
* Work in accordance with the Food Safety Act, Health and Safety Regulations, and Licensing laws
