Key Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Clinical Services team
2. Support meetings through minute-taking, action tracking, and follow-up coordination
3. Maintain professional and confidential communication with colleagues, patients, and external stakeholders
4. Carry out general office duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
5. Assist with ordering consumables and researching equipment requirements
