Key Responsibilities
* Providing full administrative support to the site and wider team.
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
* Data entry and document management.
* Supporting sales administration activities.
* Assisting with general office duties and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently.
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous administration experience.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Shift Pattern
Monday – Friday – 9am – 5pm
